Timing Requirements

Must be out of business hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) in the UK (GMT) and ideally also in US (EST) and AU (AEST).

Notification Requirements

All accounts must be notified of planned downtime at least 48 hours in advance.

This is done via: - In-app notification - HubSpot email to all MethodGrid users
