Replacing a Server
If you reach a point where a server needs replacing with a brand new server, please complete the following tasks:

As soon as the server is configured, ensure that Snapshooter is configured to back up the new server and/or volume, each 3 hours, keeping a week of 3-hourly backups, 2 weekly backups

2 weeks after the server has gone live, remove the old server from Snapshooter, delete the backups and then destroy the server in Digital Ocean
